    5.5 mm bullets

    So I ordered some 5.5mm High Current CC Bullet Connector Set to get rid of my deans for my two boats. Is there a 5.5 plug for my charger or will i have to by some banana plugs and make my own wires. I looked all over and cant find any...

    Youre in luck... I was in the same spot about 5 days ago. I believe hobbyking has an appropriate charger lead as well..

    here:


    go down to the 5.5 charger lead.. its there.


    What's your charger?
    Pretty sure Steve doesnt have them here

      Thanks for the link, the only place i did not look. I just got this charger http://www.hobbypartz.com/75p-t6-multi-charger.html and i need 4 of them so @ 5.00 a pop i might be better off just buying billets and making my own?

        Just solder bullets

        Hi Smoothhops ,

        Just solder your 5.5mm bullets on to your recharging leads , any chance you get you should take the opportunity to practice such hobby skills as soldering , iv'e soldered 6mm bullets on to my recharging leads & batts ....

          Yea i just bought a 80 watt soldering iron and good solder. I was soldering my billets on and felt like a pro, wanted to just rip wires off something to solder it. Its amazing if you have the right tools how easy it is.

            I just solder my bullets onto my charging leads as well................by the way, an 80w iron is a great "w" rating in my opinion, the 45w radio shack models just cant get big bullets hot enough........
