neu 1509 outboard on 28 in. woodstuff

hi, i have a 28 in. wood stuff tunnel with a neu 1509 3600 kv outboard and i'm new to this electric stuff . i have a 120 amp swordfish ESC and using a 7.4 2 cell lipo. I haven't even run this boat yet , is this the best i can do? should i go with 11.1 3 cell instead or any other ideas on what would work best? thanks Bill

Bill I haven't run that boat, but can say 3s is to much rpm. The 1509 seems a bit small for that size boat.
