ok im a noob to the boating thing, might i say i love it even though the 2nd time i got to runn it i had to swim(i know i shouldnt have but there was other people there to help if something happen).ok well what i have is a df26 with a Suppo 200A opto esc and 2200kv outrunner i run 2 2s batts for 4s there both 30c 40c burst and 5000mah. all the wires on my adapter to run these in a series are i think 12 or 14 awg, i made them really short and i would like to know if i should go bigger and does any one know if traxxas connecters are any good or do they restric the amps? like i said this is my first boat and i have only used it 2 times i have no idea what prop i have all i know is its a small one..i have been into rc cars for a long time but boats draw alot more amps then land rcs i just dont wanna put bigger wires on the traxxas plug if there junk thank you
