Water proofing a T-180? Or is there a similar water proof one?

Whats the best way to water proof a turnigy 180 esc? I've tried taking apart and sealing with rtv sealant. But it still seems to get water in if you sub the boat. Couple of my online friends have them in their Spartans and they flip their boat then get them wet.
I've considered spraying the board with sealer but if water gets trapped in the case that's no good either. Unless you drill drain holes.

Is there a similar water proof one that could be bought?

i just use brushable liquid electrical tape and cover the seam and all the exposed board and in and around the caps, works great and if need be its easy to remove since it doesnt dry rock hard like epoxy you can peel the liquid tape of sort of.
