Genesis flex shaft upgrade

If I want to convert to 3/16 instead os 4mm. What/where do I get what I need? Or where can I get a new stock flex shaft if mine breaks? Not looking to cut and drill new holes for a new strut, want simple remove old and replaced with new parts upgrades

Help guys need ideas. again ill upgrade to 3/16 but i think i need new lower strut, flex cable with drivedog. Do you need to cut flex shaft to size,if so how and how long will it have to be?
