    Pursuit Mono

I noticed there is a few threads on this already but since the set up I have is a little different there are some questions.

I want to run the boat on one single battery, a 5000mah 4s with a 120T ESC. Could anyone suggest a lepoard motor suitable for this set up. The boat doesnt have to run extremly fast. Just fast enough to make it fun lol.

I found this, would this be an ideal set up?

    Currently run it on 4s, Leopard 4074 2200kv with a Seaking 120. Tried x440, x640, x442 and x445. Runs well with x442 and better with x445

Although im going to run a single battery at the start i will most likely run 5000mah 4SP later on.

A lot of people use that setup bettaman. I'm surprised that someone who does hasn't offered some advice. I don't have that motor (yet) but I do run 1P setups in all my boats.
I personally would be a bit wary of running the 445 prop on 1P though. I think it might start to tax the limits of the 120 A ESC on 1p. Especially when the battery starts to get low. The smaller props would be fine though.
      Cheers.
      Paul.

        Thanks mate,

yeah i went ahead and bought the motor and a 40mm x 50mm water jacket. Got to my fathers house and seen that the mounts for the engine will only allow a 45mm long jacket.

I can get some 40mm x 40mm jackets but would have liked it to be up to 45mm long. Would the 5mm less be a worry?
