Toy Zodiac, what motor will fit?

    Found his toy Zodiac,

    it is:

    24 in. long
    10.5 in. wide

Thought it would make a cool recovery boat.

What electric outboard would fit?? (Preferably close to scale too)

Any help would be much appreciated.

Would like to get it up on plane as well as rescuing boats.

Thats a cool boat. Where did you find it?

Graupner makes some if you can find them. They are light weight because they are plastic, but use a flex shaft which makes them less maintenance then the ep1.

Very cool idea! It would be neat to add a driver with his hand on the outboard.

For scale stuff I would say the graupner is better. The ep1 can take a bigger motor because the graupner has a tinny flex cable.

The graupner is easy to maintain because of this.

Cool stuff. All you need is an action man or two in there now.

I have a UFC guy and was going to put the RX in side him. make the bats out of nihms and try to make them into dive tanks. would like to hide most of it to keep it scale just on a road trip so will have to have agood look at when I get home. the last one I did had a K&B on it and was in the RC boat mag that we can not get any more
