Fiegao motor shaft replacements??

I recently bent my fiegao 9xl 380 shaft mounted in my 34" ekos. Sux... Was wondering if there is a replacement available or am I buying complete motor again? Thanx for tips and answers.

call fine design marine they replaced the rotor on one of my 6xls. It had a shaft ground down to 1/8th inch and a faulty flex shaft created the problem.

Wonder why it bent. Make sure your collet has minimal runout, and that your props are balanced.

I would ask the store that you bought the motor from.

Do a search on here before dealing with fine design. That being said I would contact the place you bought it from and see if they can help you like diego boy said

I didnt buy mine from fine design but they sent me a rotor irreguardless diegoboy
