The controller (esc) does the timing. All you have to do is properly configure the esc.

    - Which esc are you using?
    - What boat?
    - What exact motor? Got the Feigao part, but what size/kv rating?
    - What batteries & number of cells?

Whoa... WAAAAY to much voltage. Those motors are 3s motors, not only are those 5s batts going to burn them up voltage wise the unloaded rpm would be over 50k which exceeds the bearing rating . Don't use those batts. Something is gonna blow!

Which turnigy esc? There are several different manufactors, hk just sticks a label on them. They don't actually make them. Do you have the link.

People run those voltages on a 540 9xl or 10xl.

I could see running 4s because it's still ok rpm wise on a twin but 5s or 6s on that motor is just bad bad BAD news.

It's hard to help you with programming your esc if your not sure what esc your have. Just saying it's a Turnigy doesn't help at all. Is it a Turnigy Marine or Turnigy Aquastar, they are 2 COMPLETLY different esc's but both say Turnigy.

                    Yes that helps a TON.

You can program buy your radio by listening to beeps which sucks. Here's the easier way, now that we know what exact esc you have we can point you to the correct program box and setup.

                    Here's the box: http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pro...-seaking-pcard

                    1) Forward only
                    2) Manually enter you cell count. don't rely on the auto calculate it doesn't work for beans
                    3) 3.2v
                    4) 7.50

                    * Once you get the programming card that stuff above will make more sense.

                    Here's your manual http://www.hobbywing.com/upload/manual/HW-15.pdf
