boat riding wet ?

Hi guy's maybe you can help me out I made a apache 24 cat brushless and it seems to work great but for some reason it feels to me like it rides like it's not floating across the water...I tried angling the rear of the strut up but that don't seem to do anything.... don't know why it feels like it dont glide across the surface of the water looks like it's kind of held down?

Any info would be great.

Size of Prop?
Batteries/Temps/ESC?
Motor KV/Size?

Ive just replaced the motor in my genesis and found that the prop makes a lot more differnce in speed than the motor

Hi the motor is a 3300KV ez run 540 size but 380 inside runing 3s and a ezrun 35amp esc with a oct-x430 everything runs cool.
