NAMBA - April Propwash - New FE Rules Proposal...

Has anyone else received their April Propwash??? Looks like a pretty important new NAMBA rule proposal in there.

Main part deals with making the P-Limited class a legit NAMBA class...

Also includes a vote to approve new FE OPC rules, to clear up the non-sensical rules that exist currently in the FE rulebook.

I have not... I assume it's available online?

I only see the March Propwash and it mentions FE proposals on pages 3 and 4.

It was available online some time ago. The hard copy arrived a few days ago. The rule change voting part shows some considerable effort in modernizing the class categories as well as providing the groundwork for legitimizing spec racing classes. Kudos to all who put this forth

Begging to NOT open the door for more wrangling, at least in this thread, there is conspicuous by its abscence, no mention of spec speed controls.

Mine arrived Friday, so it should make the rest of the US by early next week.

A huge effort was made by many to come up with what you see (will see). Proposal 1 is very detailed, so please let me know if you have any questions.

The Power Parameter table graph was the idea of Tracy Osborne, NAMBA's new Rulebook Chairperson. Even though it's just a formatting item, I really like it.

Proposal 2 is really a cut/paste job of the NAMBA Nitro OPC rules, for the most part. A few changes that are FE specific are in there as well.

I hope it has your support.
