    Tower hobbies

    HI ALL!


    Tower hobbies.
    Any buddy deal with them ?
    I bought a rio 51z new, but look like scrach & dent,
    scuff marks and glue runs on side of hull, and cowl has a dimple the size of a dime, and paint bleeding through at air ducks & bubles in decals.

    Bad quality control !

    Thanks for any input.

      Tower is good about warranty service. They have been around for many many years. Call them and complain. They will most likely send you a new item but you'll probably have to pay the return shipping.

              I've been ordering from Tower's for years and they have always gave me great service. I've had to return 2 or 3 items before for defects and have never had to pay any extra shipping.

                      I received a defective Grim Racer prop from Tower a while back. Called them about it, & they sent a new one via FedEx Over Night Delivery - - NO CHARGE !!!
