what kind of speeds can a delta force sniper 45 handle?

i want to run it on 10s2p with a leopard 5692. i ran an 8s2p with a 1000kv leopard 5692 and let me tell you, that hull was heavy as sh!T. yet it ran great with low temps. wasnt the fastest proboat hydro but it was pushing that petrol made pos heavy donky hull without a sweat lol

my sniper fully loaded with 12s2p 10,000 mah lipo's weighs 23lbs..i just do not think the big leopard has enough to get it in the high sixties even with a low kv version on 12s..low sixties is within reach but i thinks its going to be worked..and a conscience effort to keep the weight down during the build would have to be made to achieve it...just an opinion..

hey word here..... hydro..... where as we are talking MONO.... big monos such as this take some serious juice..... Peter Z, Mark F, and Anbjorn arent powering theres with 2230's and monster Lehner 3080's because they want to show off their $... they are doing it because thats what the boat needs to really perform... don't get me wrong the Leopard can get her done... done at mid to high 50's that is...

I think the Castle/NEU 2028 would be the perfect choice... hasn't been tested enough to prove its merit but its obviously a powerhouse.... this is no question what I would go with... can be found for around $225 NIB if you keep and eye on the swap shop... have seen quite a few on there... all gone now but keep a lookout while your build progresses....

not trying to get you down man it just costs a lot to push big monos with electric power almost 70 and above...if you step down to a df40 or the 39 inch knockoff and run the big leopard you could get into the sixties with it for sure..maybe thats a little more reasonable for the price...know what i am saying?

sorry man, never owned a mono nor did i have any relevant knowledge on monos. so i take it they generate more drag? its about all i know about monos. anyways i never assumed they were trying to show off their money, i simply thought it was the speed bug. but i getcha!

I had one mounted in my DF Sniper but never ran it... too much of a scare as they were eating esc's... but I thought it would work great... just didn't have the nuts to fry a schulze....

this pic is the 2215 in mine... which I never ran either... lol.... i had a screamer, 2215, scorpion 4035, lehner 2280, neu 2230 all mounted in my boat at one time... but NEVER RAN IT... what is wrong with me?

screw the smaller, im just guna save some cash and get me a top notch motor. because whats going to happen is im going to get bored of the speed after some time (i know myself) and wana upgrade. so can you point me out? what are your recommendations?
