Which adhesive to use waterjacket -motor

Hi all made up a water jacket for my Align outrunner from 1 1/4'' brass lavatory drain pipe installed on outrunner there is a 1/16'' gap all around .Which adhesive sealant would be best suited to make a water proof seal at both ends off cooling ring? When dry sealant can not emitt corrosive vapours as it will be in hull with electronic components.Regards Andris Golts.
