This would probably be a 2S boat (if you can fit them in) and a small motor like a Feigao 9S or 10S would probably be good, again if it fits.

Ya gotta love the advert text:

"Sea Arrow's Body and Sponsons are Fine Cut and shaved with smooth shinny outfit. Slick Edges and Angles are carefully processed to foster edgeless body. Distance between 2 Sponsons is easy to adjust. They joined with Ultra-Strong Carbon Fiber Tube and metal clumps, which make it much easier in turning or attain its Optimal High Speed."

I suppose the Optimal High Speed is achieved only through the use of the metal clumps...

The boat is not that good. One guy had lots of issues with it and abandoned it to Ebay that I read on RRR.

It's a real POS! no reinforcement for a turnfin, need to move the boom tubes to fit a battery, the person gave up on this very quickly and bought a JAE kit, I'd steer clear of this one and buy a JAE, you'll come out ahead in the long run.
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

do you honestly think this one would be any better? I don't care, buy it find out how bad it is then buy the JAE.

this boat is made out of the wood that comes in rtr boats, which usually rots in about 3 outings

                      .
I bet those "clumps" were engineered by someone of different ethnicity and copied by the Chinese.
