    Aeromarine- Avenger Pro 44"

hi guys , i have just ordered a avenger pro hull , now i tossing up between a single or twin drive , i want to set it up for SAW runs . Is 100 mph to much to aim for with this hull ? been looking at twin leopard 5692 1340kv motors on 6s each or for a single drive setup NEU 2230- 725kv or the new castle 2028- 780kv

Open to any input you guys have to offer !!!

    Cheers jason...

The hull may not be able to work at 100 mph, it has tons of lift. But you can put in enough power to go 100 mph. However you will not get there with motors having low Kvs. You will probably want between 35,000 and 40,000 rpm to be able to spin the props fast enough to go 100 mph. Twin motors on 6S need a Kv around 1800. A single motor in that hull will need 10S and a Kv around 1000.

If you build the boat for SAW runs, build it strong to withstand crashes. Velcro alone will not be enough to hold your packs down in a high speed crash.
