At a guess 60" + , I'm sure someone on here has done it though and will give you some good tips , wait a while and someone will chip in something brilliant !
Have a look at some of the HPR233 's those things are huge 90" + ! ! !
I suppose shifting a 6 foot bad boy around could be an issue though .
Show us pictures when you finish .
If you do go single engine then 30 " at a guess .
Good luck . -
A friend of mine in Canada has done a few of the 50 and 60" expresscraft cats with twins think its the super cat ?.His names Randy give him a shout im sure hed be glad to help.

There are a lot of hulls suitable for a single 25/26cc engine, and a few designed for twins. Most start at one meter and go up from there - don't go smaller. What are your plans for the boat? Sport running, scale boat, racing? The European boats can be fast but handle poorly compared to most US and Canadian hulls because they are more scale-like. I strongly recommend doing a single engine build, lots simpler and you can buy a single racing engine for about what you'd pay for two cheap converted engines. Speeds would be similar anyway due to prop availability.
In my area the most popular single-engined racing hulls are Aeromarine Conquests, AC Boats R-42 or BlastCat, Insane Gen3, Stryker F-41 and Seducer. Links are below. ExpressCraft makes the Lightning which works well for either single or twin installs.
You will get a lot more input from folks who actually run these boats (instead of making wrong guesses) here: http://www.jrcbd.com
