    Custom bullet covers

Hey guys..........got tired of keeping up with bullet covers so i had an idea. I made permanent covers for the male leads that will keep them from shorting out and allow you to plug them in without removing anything!

Take a piece of shrink about 1 1/4" long, slide it over the bullet where a bit of it will shrink to the wire size to hold it on.

I placed a piece of 5/16 brass tube over the make bullet and heated the whole thing at once......let cool and presto..............the female lead slides right in tightly..........mine even make a suction pop when i pull them apart!

    this example is for 5.5's
