Proboat Blackjack 26/Miss Geico Legal under NAMBA rules?

I am looking for another boat to race and I have narrowed it down to either the Proboat Blackjack 26 or the Miss Geico.

I have read the NAMBA rulebook and I am not sure if either of these boats would be legal under the offshore category?

No point in me buying an offshore boat to race only to find that it wouldn't qualify under the rules.

On 4S, the Geico should be legal for P offshore right out of the box.

Miss Geico all the way. It was DESIGNED to run in the P-Limited Offshore class, and handles power upgrades fantasically. It also corners head and tails better than the BJ26 could ever hope to turn.

          You won't be sorry!!

You'll have a boat that will be right at home in P-Limited offshore out of the box, and can be upgraded to still work well in P-Offshore. That's how I plan to use mine!

            Good advice.

Now another question, being new to racing and all, whats the difference between P-Limited Offshore and P-Offshore classes?
