    42" Aeromarine Sprint Cat

I've got a 42" Aeromarine Sprint Cat I got for a song and a tax return- I'm sure you can see my problem. Any opinions on what it will take to get this boat to go as fast as possible with 4 to 5 minute run times. Forget a number for target speed or cost limitations- how many watts can you stuff into this hull and with what speed control, motor, etc? Any opinions/ideas welcome.

Also, here's some pics of my winter build- 37" long, Neu 1527 1.5D, Hydra 240 HV, 6s2P, 10,000 mah, 3/16" cable, Speedmaster hardware, Octura 1450 to start. I basically laid the batteries on a piece of 1/8" plywood and built the boat around them. All comments/ suggestions welcome.

Got a link for the Benz ESC, I tried googling it but got hundreds of matches for Mercedes-Benz Electronic Stability control.

I'd make it a Single for ease of use and maintanence.... twins are cool tho....

                So for singles...

NEU 2215, Schulze 40-160wk (old copper board style if ya can find one).... this will do it.... good for 60's speed wise

or the 2028 Castle would work too... same esc... 8s2p or 10s2p this should be good for 70's speed wise...
