Cheap Brushless ESCs with Reverse

Who makes a cheap brushless ESC with reverse? I need the ESC to be 4S and 70A capable. I will be using two of these with two 90mm Ducted Fans powered by two 540 10L Feigaos in my PVC rescue boat. I want reverse so I can have more manuverabilty.
I will be using a stick radio for "tank like" steering.
I am looking at Mystery, RC Smart or others in that price range, I just don't know if they have reverse or not.

My SeaKing 120's have reverse.Im assuming the lower amp rated esc's have reverse,but I could be wrong.

HiModel make a 125A reversing ESC for cars. They are from the same range as the GX200A ESC which I use all the time with out any trouble.
I've bought 2 of the 125A reversing ones but haven't tried them yet so I can't say if they are any good or not. But I do have confidence in them.
