    1512 2650kv, 4S in a Miss Geico... too much?

Fairly new to FEB so excuse me if this is a dumb question.

What are you guy's thoughts' on this motor for FE sport boating? Is the motor too much for the 29" MG, amperage wise? I'm thinking 4S(maybe 2P), 38-40mm prop, with a Turnigy 180A ESC.

    Thanks in advance!

I run a CC 1512 2650kv in my 26" H&M Drifter S on 4S2P with a T180 and a x642. I have GPS'd at 61.8mph with the warmest thing being the caps at 107 degrees after 3 minutes. I plan on propping up a little more to see where it tops out.

Thanks for the reply's. I went ahead an ordered it yesterday. Almost hit 60 yesterday with the 1800kv outrunner on 6S but IMO, its too heavy with those batteries. This motor on 4S, 2s packs, should be where I want it to be.

        Thanks again!
