Help on bec for twin setup

Running etti race 150's no bec on 5s each side on my hpr 06' setup and would like to eliminate the 6v servo battery. Planning on using the cc bec run off one of the 5s batteries. My question is will the extra 6volts being used for servo draw the battery down much faster than the other 5s?? or is so minimal I should not worry about it?

    Any thoughts please.

I run a small helicopter battery for the BEC,800mah 2s so I do not cut into the time of the main battery packs. So the answer to your question is yes it matters.I have a Castle BEC in my monster truck and like how you can tweek the voltage. In my twin motor cat I use a 5a 2s BEC that you can get from hobby shops and it has a 5v-6v jumper.I now use BECs in everything because it causes less stress/heat on the ESC.

The amount of power used by the steering servo & the electronics in the ESC is negligible over a 3 or 4 minute run . You won't notice the difference between the batteries because of it.
        Cheers.

I did not know you were only doing a 3 or 4 min run so I stand corrected.I switched because my left battery would hit the lvc early and shorten my run time. Also the extra heat will not matter in that short of a run.
