    When I plug the batteries in to the ESC i get a big spark , I am plug in (the positive first and then the negative???

    Dont all way happen only some times , this cant be good??

      Normal, it's that caps charging. When you don't see the spark then you have a problem lol. If you connect a battery in after the initial spark and it doesn't spark when you conncect re-connect the caps may still be holding their charge.

      Most HV (6s+) setups come with anti-spark, the spark at that high voltage and scorch your connectors.
