Has anyone ever tried to buy from Lehner directly?

Like the thread says, I've got 3 emails into Lehner....On their website, there is an order page, so I ordered 2- 2240/8 motors woth all the accessories, and I never get a response back....I'm wondering if it is because they are a German company and don't speak English?....I'm sure our European friends here on OSE order all the time, but anyone from USA ever order from them with any success or response?

sinse im not in usa i cant anser for them but they speak perfect english so that shouldent be a problem.
i would have contacted them at [email protected] that adress have always worked for me when i needed to get in tuch with them.

Yes,

I have ordered several motors from them in the last year with no problem. I typically fill in the request form online and submit it. They respond usually in several days with the total and I wire transfer it to them. It typically takes 3-4 weeks to build the motors and then another week to ship. Send them an a polite email asking for an update on the order. Andreas Lehner is able to respond in English reasonably well.

Andreas Lehner did respond today....Evidently, it takes time for them to respond...I should know better, I ordered an hpr115 back in November and received it today.....Good things take time I guess....
