I was gonn say an SV27R but you already have a deep V.Try going for a MissGeico cat or a Genesis cat so you have the best of both world,a deep V and a cat!!...they both come in RTR form. You`ll probably get more suggestions here so Good luck and let us know what you finally buy.......Albert

I am not sure about the Aussie rules but I raced a Aquacraft UL-1 here in the states. Only changed the prop.

Build your own boat and with your goals in mind...cost, speed, run time etc. and these are complex equations.

My buddy has the geico and the genisis. The geico boat is built and rigged better. I can not complain about it at all. The genesis is very cool too, but plan on glassing it and changing out some componets right away. The geico is good to go right out of the box.

Ooops...But seems he wants to race in a club or organization Down under. If so then you need to find one club close to you and look at their rulebook.
But if you mean "sport running/bashing" with friends then go with what we are suggesting..............

                And the hull.

I've got to learn to keep my mouth shut when you have a bunch of my props sitting in your shop.

But that was my fault ... they don't hold up to well when you tangle with another boat!

But I did finish second in the club for the year.

Yes you did. You gave the nitro riggers hell all year

Now that I think about it, my Aeromarine Titan 33 tripped on a wake and separtated right down the seam. I guess thats racing!!!

Buy yourself a cat now so you can personally compare them. For choppy waters go with a deep v,but for flat no wind water the cat runs excellent......So keep both types in your inventory,.,they are all good to have always....
