    Traxxas Rustler VXL 70mph +

For you guys that like brushless / lipo rc trucks. I know it wont float, but it is an awesome RTR when using a 11.1 volt / 3S 20C 8000mah electric lipo for power @ 70mph +. At its heart is the Velineon® Extreme Brushless Power System, featuring the Velineon 3500 brushless motor. Looks like a 540 Fiegao???

    Link has some video's.

I have heard no plans of a bl boat. I did inquire and got a response similar to this. Not an exact quote,

Although we have no plans for a new boat, we would not tell you if we did.

I did hear a Emaxx is being built with a bl system. Thats the one I'm waiting for.

I would like to see a face off between a BJ and SV with both setup to their max. Only changing batteries and props.

reddywatts, that is what obrien and I have been doing they are pretty evenly matched boats. My sv is ahead right now but he is upgrading the motor now so we should be even again.

I am waiting now also. Not for the truck however. But for the brushless ESC they will have to come up with that can power 2 motors :D.

Their web site shows it with two seperate controllers both fan cooled!

I converted my T- maxx to brushless, I used a 8xl, 4s1p 5000mah geared 54/20, gps at 38mph, 3.5mph faster than my friends Revo 3.3! after 1hr 15minutes run time motor comes in at 88 degrees! so much power wheelie bar recommended at just about any speed!

That rustler is cool. Now only if there is a 4wd drive version of it then i'd buy it,

Wow! you get over a hour on a charge! Thats awsome. Fine design does some nitro to electric conversions too, they are pricey though. I would like to do that conversion, how does it hold up? I'm not sure if my bank account would hold up to a conversion right now though, especially with all my other projects I still have to finish lol.
                          Twin power =
