Best BL motor for outboard

What is the best motor to run on and outboard Hull. Is there an advantage to using an outrunner motor? Or will the Neu motor's be fine to use? May go with a Scorp, or Hacker.

I have a 28- 1/2" WOF design wood Tunnel.

Here's a motor that will fit the 540 size bolt pattern...............it's a 3674 4 pole Leopard, not highly known, fairly new, but i bet it rocks. Should be sweet on 4s.
