    Why i like fe

Why I switched from gas to FE. They are small(most of them) quiet,no smell, always start, just plug in battery and go. and easy to transport. I keep one ready to go in my explorer all Summer. Boat charged batterys and tx,they don't take up much space. Got to love it! Larry

Nice, just be careful with any lipos in the hot car.

By the way I like your sig, "America home of the free, thanks to the brave". Very, very true.

LOL you'll pry a lipo charger out of one cold dead hand and my glow ignitor out of the other!
I just like rc boats, was into the cars for a while, never really had much interest in planes and heli's just seem a bit expensive on top of the boats.
I think next summer will be my 24th season boating.
Be nice to have a racing club around here again.
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

I was never into gas boats. Dont like the noise or smell.
When a FE flips, if it lands right and didn't disintegrate, you back to it. Not so with an air breather.

I started out FE and tried gas. I like 'em both! And I like the smell of nitro too.

The thing I miss about nitro is the run time. I had a BJ26 with an OS .18 in it and it was fast! But what I don't miss is the mess, the pain after it flipped and flooded, and the ocasional flameout in the middle of the pond. But I too miss the smell :)

I love FE. And large scale gas is cool too. Nitro is a pain in the A$$. I hate dealing with glow engines. They're soo touchy!

All I have ever driven is FE boats. But I like that I can keep one in my car and run anytime and not have to worry about tuning issuses, the smell of gas in my car or the noise when I run at 5am in the summer :D
