So, are you saying that everything you purchase in life is made in the U.S.A.? If so, I feel sorry for you.

Check out the Trackstar ESC they recommend for it. Hmmmmmm?

          Trackstar Dimensions: 57mm x 48mm x 35mm

          Castle Monster ESC: 2.2"(57mm) x 1.9"(48mm) x 1.4"(35mm)

I see a slight possibility of similarity..................

I think most of the regulars on this forum are aware of, and on occasion have purchased something from Hobby King. Steve knows this, and I think understands.
As my needs arise, I always look at OSE as a primary source, and have confidence in Steve's support before and after the sale.

Many that purchased something from Hobby King and it was broken or defective, know that any warranty consideration from them will take more time and patients than most of us have.

Try talking with them about a tech issue or problem, or try to get replacement parts for something you received that was broken, or defective, then you will understand my view of their business acumen, or the lack of it. I consider their so called customer service department to be a band of idiots, professionally speaking.

My favorite place to shop is right here, and on the swap pages. Good products, good service and fair prices.

I agree Boomer but, I have had no problems with China, even doing a radio exchange (I broke it) I had no problems other than it being SLOW! I accidentally put the power to the radio backwars and blew up the radio. I didn't tell them that, just that it was DOA. We talked a little bit and I gave them short, concise answers and communication was fine, that was Himodel not even Hobby King. Never had a problem with Hobby King but, understand the buyer beware aspect.

I do alot of research before i buy.

That said, I am awaiting my cooling jacket & prop from Steve.

I don't know what i would do without Steve really, certainly not as much as i do with having his excellent service.

The swap shop is very nice to have, Muchos Gracias!

I did want to buy a DF 39" or a DF Sniper 45" from Steve but, he said he could not ship it up here, too big, or maybe he assumed I wouldn't pay $40-$50 to ship it.

I read over on RCG that someone claiming Fine Design Shorted him a 2230 Neu, Jeese!!! Not a fun alternative....

Its to large for expressmail, but I can ship the 45" boat now by priority mail. It just needs to go by the cheaper shipping service with no tracking.

Fed-X prices have gotten very good and they seem to care about your package...just an option....great tracking as well.
