-180A ESC just beeps after getting wet.

It didn't get submerged. A few days ago I flipped my boat and a bit of water came in and when I flipped the boat over, to drain it, a few drops landed on the exposed parts of the ESC board. I figured it was water proof or I would of been more cautious. I dried it then, but now I can see sediment around the solder connections on the board. I can connect a battery to it and program it but when I connect it to the receiver it just beeps, about once every second and the receiver light does not come on. Everything works when tested with a Pro Boat ESC.

This was in my converted BJ26 with a Castle outruner on 4S. This was on it's maiden voyage.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try disconnecting the red wire in the rx harness, then plug a rx pack into your receiver. May hae a bad bec. That little water shouldn't huret it.

I have an external BEC hanging around from when I used to run 1/8 scale buggies. That should work too, right?
