I use Modellbauregler AS 26.150BL in most of my boats as well as a pair of YGE 160HV Navy and in my new project probably two Schulze 40.160WK.
This is a picture auf the "Aufschwinghalterung", I linked it from http://www.mbp-rc.de who sells them as well.
They have an inner diameter of 36mm, fix them with 2 screws in the hull and fix the motor itself with a single screws. Very recommendable for long motors like LMT 1950 with LK. Lehner offers these parts for all the motors they offer.
Here a picture how it looks in my HPR, I even used two of them to fix the whole motor:
