New water cooled outrunner motor by AEO

I was sent one of these motors to try out and give my opinion on it. The motor looks to be made very well and has a nice tight feel to it. I was running a similar sized and same KV motor in my 15" hydro so I am going to compare it to that motor. The motor I was running was fast but it got really hot. I installed the new motor and off to Joes to try it out. The motor worked very well and stayed cool in the boat. I ran a lot of laps to make sure the motor had a good work out and I must say I am impressed with it. The only down side was they made the shaft 3mm instead of 1/8 so I had to have a custom coupler be made. Thanks to Jeff Wohlt for that. In the video I'm running a thunderpower 2250 3s 45c lipo and a 430 prop. The motor can take more prop and I have a little tweaking left to do on the boat but I like this motor alot. I'm sure more video of this motor will surface from other people.

Some pics or vid of the motor itself would be nice.

I think Joe got a couple and maybe he can post them but I just never got around to taking any myself yet. I'll make sure I get some up soon.
