Is there a plywood transom doubler installed? If the transom is very rigid you can use fillers much like bondo but they do not like a lot of flexibilty. They will fracture. There are some good epoxy fillers that can endure some minor flex but the key is to stiffen the areas to be filled in.

I'm not sure I don't have the hull yet, I was going to add wood anyway. I have used expoy puddy on an abs hull in the past.Comment

Flexible CA with styrene backing. Check out the repair I did to a mini V:

I would use epoxy with microbaloon's to fill the holed then I would probably put a piece of plywood or more glass over the transom with that many holes. man that is a swiss cheese transom"Our society strives to avoid any possibility of offending anyone except God.

found JB weld water weld or KwikPlastik recently

Or, you could just buy the exact hardare that came off this exact boat for $60 shipped and all the holes will be filled by the mounting screws...............Comment

Still plenty of holes, I have a speedmaster set coming that I got for a good priceComment

I don't think you could get the whole setup for $60. But I could be wrong. The two rudders that Was on their used to bend every time I went out and the "better replacements was $50 each.If all of your wishes are granted, many of your dreams will be destroyed!Comment

hardware
George, you are absolutely correct. You couldn't buy the hardware for $60 as I was offering the 7075 aluminum replacement rudders that FQDALWD had installed on your old boat and then sold the hardware to me. I was trying to give this chap a great deal as he seems to be on a tight budget with many of his projects. I realize the rudders alone are worth $50 each. BGComment
