I ordered one off the website, after it was posted here that they were out of stock.
Got no response, not even a confirming email.
I assumed that I missed getting one, then 3 weeks later, a big box arrived.

Mine has the same spackle job for the tube, and there was a small ding in the rudder. The ding wont be hard to fix and I need to replace the tube anyway.
All the steel screws were rusted.
The servos turn smoothly, I wonder if they are any good?

        Not too bad for $90.

supposidely they had water damage on the hulls and couldn't sell them as new... my "flood" hull has no apparant flood damage at all.... sounds like they may be out of stock though.... my flood hull/hardware may be hitting the swap shop soon though.. still need to decide what to do..

Do they say how they were damaged? Did their shop flood or something?

BTW....I got the GPS, thanks! It works perfect. Funny thing though, I looked at the last recorded high speed and it said 1246 MPH! I wonder if the USPS is using the SR71 Blackbird to transport mail now.

I recieved a E-mail reply from Remy today.
With weather problems and and a few other mishaps he says its on the way.
E-mail was fast and does make me feel better about all of this.. so far.
Still looking forward to the Geico and if the Mean machine comes it will be a nice project.

Oh No. This is not good to hear about Aeromarine. I dealt with them years ago and couldn't have been happier. I damaged a deck on a larger fiberglass hull and they actually re-decked it for me. Very good folks back then. I hope they haven't gone sour...

Don't sweat it Shooter, I deal with Aeromarine once or twice a month and they are still the great company they have always been. I've ordered over a dozen hulls this year, all arrived to the shop within 10 days, including custom colors. Come by the shop and check out the Outerlimits I just finished...

Im sure they are still a nice compant, just a bad series of weather, holidays, and some confusion and mishaps slowing things down.
Ive never done business with them until now.
Just never waited so long without info on a product before.

I ordered a replacement hatch for my 50" Apache along with some other hardware. This was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything.

I'll give them a few more days then I guess I'll have to call.
