When you say "ob" do you mean outboard?

I have a boat with twin EP1 outboards and I pull the motor off the housing and make sure there is no water in the gears and re-lubricate the gears.

I spray my motor with WD40 after EVERY Run on my OB. I will also spray my in board motors with WD40 after a race day or pratice day. It won't hurt anything.

britscoot's recommendation of CorrosinX isn't a bad product. However, it is more $$ than the WD40

          Later,
