Check the IMPBA and NAMBA web sites.....then let us know if you can figure it out.
A lot of clubs decide on their own rules to suit their members......ours are more or less anything under 33" (maybe 34"...can't remember exactly) and powered by a UL-I, SV-27, or BJ motor on 4S1P)

LSO never runs as it appears in the rule book.

Build something that's legal for P offshore and power it with a spec motor and you'll be fine.
