Rudder/Strut

I want to get this rudder/strut combo....

But I'm not sure what size it is?
A friend said it's a 4mm.. whats that supposed to mean?
Closest size to that is 5/32 and that would only fit a .98 flex cable with no teflon tubing...
I'm going to use a .187 cable so can anybody tell me the real size for that strut?

I'm looking for a strut/rudder setup for my 37" Cat.

thats the hardware for an apparition and genesis.

4mm is the hard shaft size.they can be modded to 3/16

I actually have the genesis hull (not painted)

i'm aiming for 60mph and i thought .187 would be appropriate with a 3/16 shaft.

will a .187 fit?

my bud just got 69mph with his apparition using the stock shaft.
187 will fit with a 1\4 stuffing tube.

you will have to drill it i have an apparition but im waiting for it to break before i go 3/16
