Anyone ever build a H&M No Step 4?

I had a No Step before and liked it... I see they make a No Step 4 which is a 36" hull and wonder why we don't see more of em'? the No Steps handle so well and look nice I am suprised more of us don't run them.... the 36" model seems like the perfect home for one of my castles... 1520 or a 1717....

the hatches tape down so nice too!!!!

Have been racing one for 2 years. The best boat for race or rough water. Usual setup is a neu1521 1y on 6s1p. 180 amp contoller. In race trim does around the 60 mark. Normally a x450 prop. Either of the 2 motors you have will be a treat in this great piece of German design. Just keep at the COG back as far as you can. They do run very wet.

any pics? please, please, please... :) interior layout pic would be fantastic... I like copying what "racing" guys do as they have the trial and error already sawed through...

I've got a lot of time in on a NS-3. It's running well now on UL-1 power, but it was a tough time to tune it.

The long, flat horizontal keel and flat ride pad at the rear do make for a good rough water boat, but it was a bitch to tune. I ended up sanding down some of the forward keel to loosen it up a bit.

By far the hardest mono I've rigged, and it never made it to my "go to" status come race day. By comparison, my BBY Patriot and Delta's were no-brainers.
