    Build delta 29

I'm about to start a delta 29, I got the hull in the mail today (yellow)
    I'm aiming for 60mph.

What do you guys recommend? I can CNC any part
What size should my flex cable be for 60mph?
After all is said and done, more is said than done.

    .187" flex.
    Sport running I presume?
I'd go with the Neu/castle 1518 (on sale super cheap at Castle)
    5s, CC 240lv, or Seaking 180

looks like castle maybe have run out of the 1518, you could buy the 1520 and use 6s with a smaller prop to acheive the same speed

Alright 1520.. What about heat? Castle motors heat up quick I don't think I can get enough water cooling in.

What size prop would be ideal?

Wow.. a 1520 in a df29!! in a df33 would be good, but thats a big, heavy motor for a 29.. will work obviously just a big boy for sure.... heres a 1520 in a MM, BIG motor...

These motors do NOT heat up quickly. They are very efficient. Ose should have the cooling cans in a few weeks according to Steven.

Castle motors run extremely efficient, and low heat. They are NOT feigaos. LOL

Another choice would be to also run a 1515 1y on 4s2p in your df 29...a staple, for many smaller monos.

i would think the extra weight would help settle the boat at 60 mph

I have that same hull running on an 9xl and 4S....Neu motors are great, but I would not overpower that hull....50 mph is reasonable....60 mph Hmmm....crash and burn....the DF 33 would be a good choice for 60 mph.

                              just what I am thinking...

in the Castle sale motor line, the 1512 1800kv would be a great motor for that df29 and should put it at near 50....
