    you might try reducing the rake of the props.... take material off the back edges.. look at the prop from the side view.. the angle of the back edge of the prop in relationship to the propshaft is known as the rake angle.. this rake angle causes the prop to pull downward under power, thus lifting the nose. by reducing the rake angle, it should make the boat accelerate more straight forward rather than using the transom as a pivot point, or teter toter effect... try to find or modify a prop with a rake angle down close to a 90 degree angle to the propshaft.. it will give u tail lift, by reducing bow lift
