    aspirator?

idle question/thought. wonder if we get sufficient flow of water through the cooling system to use an aspirator as a bilge pump? methinks we do not...however it might not have the same drawbacks as the auto-sinkers :)

I had considered buying the bilge system as a way to keep water flow over the motor and esc incase of a thermal situation where I wanted to cut the cool down time to a minimum. I do worry about a line comming loose and filling the boat with water. Maybe id feel better of it where in a third channel and I could kill it. RCBoyz on ebay has a nice system that is light and compact.

well I suppose one could put an impeller on the motor shaft...as long as there wasn't any water drag would be minimal. might get kinda deep before the pump primed :)

Rex have you seen the gundert pickup in person? It has a inlet and outlet. The Outlet can be used to suck water from the hull bottom while moving. The problem is that you cant see it work. So it better work if you need to count on it. The run a louping(spelling) water line to the pickup and above the water line, than back to the lowest point inside the hull
