Two rudders, advice needed

I will use 2 rudders on my 39" mono with a symmetrical assembly. Do you think this model wil work for a perfect symmetrical mount?

I had a look to those dual rudder but I want to use rudders with water inlet, the Speedmaster is 115mm long with DD and the propeller.
Do you think that the rudder on the picture can be reverse to have a symmetrical assembly?

With a reversed rudder mounting is 100% symetrical, it" s possible to make them shorter water inlets are higher a good thing to know
