Connection break charging lipos

Hi thought id try a set of these Turnigy Nano Tech lipos 2200mah 3s 45c-90c but when i try to charge on my GT A606 charger on balance charge i get connection break come up. All the plugs are plugged in as i normally do including the balance plug, But if i put the charger on charge mode it charges ok. The charger is fairly new & ive put my other cells on balance charge & its working fine. Any ideas as ive not used these Nano techs before but i would have thought charging set up was the same as other lipos. Thanks Martin.

broken wire or solder connection in the balancing taps.
You can open the pack up and check the continuity, or you may see the loose connection.

Do you have the balancing lead from the batt plugged in for balance mode?

Yes i have the small white plug that has 4 connections plugged into the relevent balance port on the side of the charger as well as the main red & black leads. Like i said my other lipos which arnt Nano Tech all work fine on balance charge. I dont want to open the pack up as its brand new so ill send it back. Martin.

did you solder your own main plugs?
Nano's should charge like most lipos.
I had this happen to me when i used to use deans.

Found the problem an intermitant connection on the Deans plug. Martin.
