rc electric fiberglass boats 40 inches plus

Requesting information for U.S. supplier(s) electric boats made of fiberglass that are at least 40 inches or more in length. Can't use gas where I live on a small lake in restricted community .

Am aware of some from outside U.S.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    PeeWee

Hi...What exacly are you looking for. A Ready to Run boat or a bare hull? There are no 30+ inch RTR boats avalable you can just order for resonable money.

Thanks for your reply. I've seen the 40 inch Admiral for under $100 on e-bay. Hovever, it is fiberglass and looks like a toy. I'm interested is in a RTR first and will consider building if necessary.

Well you picked a good time to invest in an electric boat. Depending on how big your pond is and how fast you want to go there are 6 or 7 boats I would suggest that come rtr. For around 120 to 140 you have the Aquacraft Hammer, Traxxas Blast, ProBoat Apache(catamaran) & ShockWave 26. All are entry level boats that get 15 to 20mph from 24 to 26 inches long all abs plastic. For 270 to 300 You have the Traxxas Villain(twin brushed motors plastic Vhull) The Acuacraft SuperVee & Proboat BlackJack both brushless and fiber glass @ 30mph+ out of the box. The admiral is a plastic hull and has toy like electronics installed. Those are the boats I would look into if I where starting out. Good luck and have fun.

I have a Hammer its a good flat water boat . If the lake you want to run your boat in is ruff dont get a hammer ive heard the villians are good ruff water boats.
