Suitable stuffing tube for piano drives

As stated in topic. typically piano wire drives comes in .062 and .078. What would be best stuffing (assuming w/o teflon liner) tube size for .062 and .078 respectively. Your thoughts and input will be much appreciated thanks

I use 1 size over the size the wire slides into. If I have .062 (1/16") wire, I use 3/32" ID (1/8" OD) tube. For .078, I have to go up one size (1/8" OD).
