    poor throttle response

    hi all,

i am bench testing my cyberstorm and i am getting some weird throttle response..my setup is a spektrum dx3e and one of the new marine mr3000 receivers..i am using the swordfish 240hv..i have my receiver binded and everything is working..the problem i get is a delay in throttle response..when i pull the trigger on the radio it takes a half a second or so for the motor to start turning is not instantaneous like all my other setups..anyone had this happen?

    thank you

All of the HiFei escs that I used have mushy throttle responses. Even when it gets up to speed and you get off and back on it has a profound delay. Even when you change it to fast start.

its strange though because i have used some other swordfishes that did not do that...i will have to do some expirimenting with different combos with receivers/esc and try to narrow down the problem..i cannot believe its 50 degrees in maine today!!! i will be able to run tormorrow!!!

Damn. I think I'm going to have a heat stroke. It's so humid today. It's mid 80's outside and over 90 in the garage. Lol.

If you find a fix let us know.

Where do you have the 'start' programmed? Soft Start, hard start, etc?
