What's the difference between these two?

I haven't been able to figure out what the difference is between these two ESC's from hobbyking. They seem the same except for the burst current.

    Any ideas?

The top one (aquastar) is a Hifei and is the same esc steve sells http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pro...=hef-sword-120

The second one (turnigy marine) is a hobbywing seaking version 2. They use different programming cards. I've used both and they are great for their value.

*always remember HK makes nothing. All they do is buy in bulk and re-name.

Example This and This are the same!

    - Diesel's Fleet

The aquastar is a nightmare to program.....................read all the threads about it here, on RCG and RCU...................

The turnigy marine is easier to use and i have ran the several i own with Feigao's and Neu's...........never an issue. Best 120a for the $$ out there.

I have never had a problem programming these. I have four of em and using the USB programmer it's easy as 123. What I think people should do as Fluid states over and over "RTFM"

I dont have any aquastars due to the feedback on them so i cant honestly compare them in performance, im sure you're right about "RTFM", I can say that the Turnigy is a quality ESC, with smooth throttle response, and its ten bucks cheaper...............

This is really interesting I didn't know that Turnigy just bought and renamed. So, the two diesel showed are exactly the same just with a turnigy sticker on it!

I have a seaking 120A from ebay I got a while ago and I Love it I just didn't realize it was the same as the turnigy. If I need one of those hopefully they will bring them to the USA warehouse soon. And if I need a 180A I might as well get it right here on OSE!

                Thanks!
