Yup, I have 4 of those for some of my scale boats and they are great for the price. You can sometimes find them on E-Bay as well for less.

I also run them in some of my scale boats on 3s Lipo. No problems.
I've also got the older version that was rated to 15V & can run that on 4s.
Terrible slow speed control though . They start up at about 1000 revs.
