so ive got a 540 on an outboard and im looking for a cooling jacket. only problem is i dunno what kind of motor this is. was already on the outboard when i got it. i measured the od of the motor with my digital caliper and get 36mm exactly ( or within 1 or 2 mm). i also noticed it says my ul-1 motor is 36mm, so of course i took off the ul-1 jacket and tried it with the 540 and it's too big, barely, but would leak easy. question is.... is the ul-1 motor an odd size?

Maybe a jacket for the feigao 540. I dont have one to measure but their website specs say 35.8mm diameter. I just measured my ul-1 motors and got 36.25 on both.Comment
